Grubb-Ellis -GENIE: Worked on a very data intensive enterprise application for Grubb-Ellis. The application saved all the real estate data of the company in the system and researchers, brokers and users of Grubb-Ellis used this application to Add, Edit, search, filter properties and extract reports on different criterion. Users had their own dashboard with provided functionality limited by different roles.

The grove LA-FlashPark™: is a paperless Parking Ticketing System. FlashPark at the Grove lets you park with a simple swipe of your smartphone. The system generates “FlashCode“. This is similar to their credit card and is directly connected with PayPal, from where their balance can be loaded. All the record of transaction is available on website which user can view anytime they login to the system. The Mobile App shows a FlashCode /Flashcard which then is scanned by the parking machines of Ski data and users can enter the parking without buying paper tickets.

LightingPSF: developed a business application which offers owners with a platform where they can enter all the information related to their building or space and find out lighting retrofit opportunities. Complete audit section is used for auditing all the lighting in a space or building. Owners can search, read reviews and choose competitive bidders then select multiple contractors and send them RFP’s. And finally they can choose a winner. There is an admin section which facilitates all the administrative tasks of the system. And for the contractors they can create their profiles and add their projects, bid on different RFPs.

Caruso Management –CRM Customization: Customization and development of different features for the company to be able to manage all their properties, images, leases and Products from within Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. It enabled to keep records and track of all the properties that were owned as well as maintain the products inventory and their bookings.

Caruso Management –MS SharePoint and Dynamics CRM Integration: It was required to configure and integrate Microsoft CRM 2011 with SharePoint 2010 so that CRM 2011 can use of SharePoint2010 as document repository and all the documents which are related to entities are saved in SharePoint Document Libraries in a proper structural level.

BlackBerry App for Sun Microsystems: This was blackberry Mobile application for Sun microsystems which is used by its employees to find out different types of servers available, and sell them. It fetched all the server details from aother system and allowed the users to search and filter the servers from within the application.

Wedgewood Fortress: Lead a team of four persons to create a property managmenet portal for wedgewood. The system componenets included bidding module, trends in properties, a data scrapper service to fetch records from different sites. Scrapper is running at the backend that automatically updates DB every 5 minutes from many sites across web to get status of properties in particular region.

Geoffiti.com: Lead a team of 3 persons working on Geoffiti public website. Geoffiti is a mobile marketing, communication and content management company. This was a customer facing website and also an admin panel, which is used to manage the data of all the mobile apps. We had written an API which exposed all the data to mobile applications.

CloudSea: CloudSea was an application where users can upload different datasets and share and sell those. It acted like a marketplace for datasets. Sellers could upload different datasets and then buyers were allowed to download datasets according to their needs.

Sharepoint Projects: Upgraded the Intranet system to latest SharePoint Server, Authored workflows to automate different internal processes including HR and on boarding. Developing an automated system for management for Weekly Meetings. Automating status report gathering and project status for all the management of company.

Internal KPI tool: Developed a single page application for Management, which would show different dashboards to Managers. Managers could use the dashboards for drill down searches and filtering to find the required information. It was integrated with another system for retrieval of updates about the KPIs

AD Management Sharepoint: It was a Web-Part that could control the tasks of managing active directory Groups, users. Using this Web-Part the admin doesn’t have to use the default windows controls and can manage each users and groups from within SharePoint portal.
